Does access control work with the access system we already have?
Yes. The team is trained on the client's system, and integration with turnstiles, registration databases and other technologies is defined in the project.
Is access control the same as security guard services?
No. Access control covers entry control, logging and guiding people. Security guard services are a separately regulated activity and are not part of this scope.
Can posts operate 24 hours a day?
Hours and scheduling are defined according to the site's needs, with shift and day-off coverage built into the contract.
Can access control and reception be combined?
Yes. Both can be under the same management, with integrated procedures and a single point of contact.
