1. What this website is

This is the corporate website of Grupo Milclean. It presents facilities management services, the private-label product line and the paper lines, and offers channels to contact the company.

The website does not sell products or services online: proposal and quote requests made here are forwarded to the sales team, which replies by e-mail or phone.

2. Who may use it

Browsing is free and requires no registration. Restricted areas have their own rules: the content panel is for people authorized by the Group only, and the client area and the careers portal are separate systems with their own terms.

3. Accounts and passwords

Anyone granted access to a restricted area is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for everything done with it. Suspected misuse must be reported immediately through the service channels.

4. Usage rules

By using this website, you agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to any area, account or system;
• use automated means to copy site content in bulk;
• reverse engineer, modify or interfere with how the site works;
• send unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through the contact channels;
• use the site in a way that harms its availability for other people.

5. Intellectual property

The Milclean brand, the logo, the texts, the operation photographs and the visual design of this website belong to Grupo Milclean or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires prior written authorization.

Quoting the website with attribution, in an informative or journalistic context, is allowed.

6. Availability

The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond the Group control. There is no promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Published content may change at any time, without prior notice.

7. Third-party links and services

This website links to services not operated by Grupo Milclean, such as the careers portal, the client area, the YouTube channel and social media profiles. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and the Group is not responsible for their content or practices.

YouTube videos are only loaded when you click to watch them.

8. Liability

The information on this website is presented in good faith and for informational purposes. Descriptions of services, products and operational capacity do not replace the commercial proposal, which is the document that defines scope, deadlines and conditions of each contract.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits the rights granted to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

The processing of personal data related to this website is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Requests about personal data go to protecaodedados@milclean.com.br, to the attention of the data protection officer.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The courts of Taubaté, São Paulo, are elected for matters arising from these terms, without prejudice to the consumer right to choose the courts of their own domicile.
