Social and environmental responsibility

Two fronts, one commitment: supporting those nearby and taking care of our own house.

The projects the Group supports

Coral Vozes de Taubaté

The choir receives our social support: a monthly contribution of cleaning products, as well as a helper who keeps the facility in proper condition so that all the children can enjoy the space every day.

Casa Irmãos de Francisco

An organization dedicated to serving the families and children of the pediatric unit of the Complexo Hospitalar do Vale do Paraíba, a hospital subsidized by the São Paulo State government through SUS, the Brazilian public health system. Milclean is a sustaining supporter of the Casa and, in 2019, organized the 1st Grupo Milclean Charity Run and Walk, with all proceeds going to the institution.

Praia Limpa

Every summer, we provide permanent litter bins on the beaches so that all beachgoers are reminded to keep their leisure areas clean and well preserved.

Apata

We are partners of the NGO Apata, sponsoring initiatives for the shelter and treatment of abandoned dogs and cats in Taubaté.

Programa MIL Talentos

Programa MIL Talentos

The Group's program to bring young apprentices and people with disabilities into the team, with dedicated openings and support within the operation, so that a first opportunity becomes a career.

Fundo Social de Solidariedade

In 2022, the Group donated cleaning supplies, blankets and warm clothing to the Fundo Social de Solidariedade of São José dos Campos, which delivers donations to families assisted by the city.

    Through training and social initiatives, employees and clients build the balance between nature and people together.

    Sent to the Santa Tereza Cooperative in Taubaté, which recycles and generates income for local families.

  • Water reuse

    Reused water supplies landscaping and outdoor cleaning at the headquarters.

  • Energy

    Solar heating, LED lighting and inverter air conditioning reduce consumption at the headquarters.
