Third party: individual or legal entity with no ties to Grupo Milclean.
Platform: all web pages and applications belonging to Grupo Milclean.

Database: structured set of Personal Data, established in one or several locations, in electronic or physical form.

Information Request: type of request referring to questions about any matters related to Grupo Milclean, the company's products, and/or this policy or the website.

This Policy applies to all Grupo Milclean companies, as well as to all users, clients and job applicants who access the group's website www.milclean.com.br, and/or to any individual or legal entity that comes to play the role of Data Subject and/or Processor of Personal Data, where Grupo Milclean plays the role of Controller and/or Processor.
5. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED BY THE GRUPO MILCLEAN PLATFORM?
The Grupo Milclean platform collects and uses some personal data, in order to enable the provision of services and improve the user experience, as described below:
Data Provided by the Data Subject:
For Registration on the Client Portal: Name, RG, CPF, position, delivery address, e-mail, telephone contacts and third-party data in the case of companies.
For Registration on the Work with Us Portal: Name, CPF, marital status, date of birth, profession, education, telephone, address, e-mail, telephone contacts and receipt of electronic résumés.
5. FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED?
The reason why we collect personal data depends on the intended purpose of the interaction with our platform (Client Registration or Registration on the Work with Us Portal). However, all collection is carried out for specific and legitimate purposes, such as:
- Providing you with secure access to our platform and improving your experience on our website; - Registering, recording and processing purchase orders for products and/or services. - Issuing tax invoices; - Supporting you as our client; - Informing you about news, products, services, newsletters, features, content, promotions, marketing and other events promoted by Grupo Milclean, its Partners and/or relevant Third Parties; - Personalizing the services, products and benefits offered, as well as their communication and disclosure to Clients; - Personalizing your internet browsing by capturing cookies from your device, when authorized; - Supporting compliance with our legal and tax obligations; - Better adapting the products and/or services made available by Grupo Milclean; - Maintaining and operating the Platforms and ensuring continuity in the delivery of products and services; - Improving internal and external communication (answering your inquiries, providing business updates to online subscribers of investor communications); - For any purpose related to the purposes above or any other purpose for which your personal data was provided to us or for which you have expressly given your consent (such as online registration and applications for job openings on the Work with Us portal of the Grupo Milclean platform, and submission of résumés).
6. WHAT LEGAL BASES AUTHORIZE THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
The Personal Data processed by Grupo Milclean and any sensitive data collected, depending on their respective purposes, may be used under one of the following legal bases: (i) consent of the Data Subject; (ii) compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; (iii) contractual obligation or pre-contractual procedures involving the Data Subject; (iv) regular exercise of rights by Grupo Milclean, in judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings; (v) legitimate interest of Grupo Milclean; (vi) protection of the life or physical safety of the Data Subject; (vii) credit protection, (viii) protection of the data subject's health; (iv) carrying out studies and research and x) by the public administration, for the use and sharing of data necessary for the execution of public policies.

Grupo Milclean may share data with its internal departments, as well as with third parties/service providers contracted by us for contract execution.
In addition, Grupo Milclean may share your data as requested by public, governmental or regulatory authorities and institutions (such as tax authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements); courts, law enforcement authorities, regulators or lawyers or other third parties in connection with the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
8. WHAT DO WE DO TO KEEP YOUR DATA SECURE?
Grupo Milclean has implemented a data protection policy and various technical and organizational measures in order to keep your personal data confidential and secure, in accordance with the LGPD.
The information collected on the Grupo Milclean platform is stored on our own servers, as well as in the cloud made available by contracted suppliers.

In general, your data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship between you and Grupo Milclean lasts. Once the personal data storage period has ended, the data will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except in the cases legally provided for in the LGPD, namely:

Grupo Milclean guarantees its users/clients the data subject rights provided for in article 18 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law. Accordingly, you may, free of charge and at any time:
1. Confirm the existence of data processing, in a simplified manner or in a clear and complete format. 2. Access your data, and request a legible copy in printed form or by secure and reliable electronic means. 3. Correct your data, by requesting that it be edited, corrected or updated. 4. Limit your data when it is unnecessary, excessive or processed in violation of the legislation, through anonymization, blocking or deletion. 5. Request the portability of your data, through a report of the registration data that the (simplified company name) processes about you. 6. Delete your data processed on the basis of your consent, except in the cases provided for by law. 7. Revoke your consent, withdrawing authorization for the processing of your data. 8. Be informed about the possibility of not giving your consent and about the consequences of refusal.
If the user requests the deletion of information essential to the management of their account with Grupo Milclean, this will result in the termination of their registration, with the consequent cancellation of the services provided until then.
12. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF DATA SUBJECTS?
The Data Subject is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and confirmation of the Personal Data provided by them at the time of registration, whether on the Platforms or by other means. We recommend that logins, passwords or any type of credential not be shared with third parties, including family members and friends. Grupo Milclean will not be held responsible for any violations of the Privacy and Protection of the Data Subject's Personal Data in such cases.
The Data Subject is responsible for adopting, on the devices used to access the Grupo Milclean Platforms, all necessary security measures. In cases of violations of the Data Subject's Privacy and Personal Data Protection resulting from a lack of diligence and of secure means of accessing the platform, Grupo Milclean will be exempt from any liability.
13. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF GRUPO MILCLEAN
Grupo Milclean is committed to keeping this Privacy Policy up to date, observing its provisions and ensuring compliance with it. In addition, we are also committed to seeking technical and organizational conditions that are securely capable of protecting the entire data processing process.
Should the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority require the adoption of measures regarding the data processing carried out by Grupo Milclean, we undertake to follow them.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, mainly to adapt to any changes made to our website or in the legislative sphere. Any and all disputes arising from the terms set out in this Privacy Policy will be resolved in accordance with Brazilian law, with the courts of the city of Taubaté, state of São Paulo, having jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be. It is also clear that the use of Services and orders placed outside Brazilian territory, or those resulting from operations initiated abroad, may also be subject to the legislation and jurisdiction of the authorities of the countries where they are placed or initiated.
